Do these arrive all opened, or are they individually packaged?

It's my honor to answer this question, Each baby rattle are packaged by opp bag, all of them in one big bottle. The bottle can also be used to store other things.

What is the package of these rattles? I can't get the package information from these picture.

This pack of 10 were awesome. Each rattle has various features. Some twist and click, some press and squeak, the horn has buttons that squeak and if you blow it also makes a sound. Our 4 month old likes them and as she develops more fine motor skills she will make them do these things herself. I was very pleased with this product.

Are these too big for babies?

No, my grand daughter is 9 months now and has been enjoying these since 3 months. They encourage grasping and have areas that are small enough for a babies little hand to hold. They have various features such as squeeking, rattling, jingling. I have been quite pleased with this purchase.

Whats the age range for this toy?

I think it depends on the child. I bought this set when my grandson was 3 months old. He is now almost 6 months old and is really just starting to be able to play with things with intent. They were good when he was 3 months old for me to hold and show him, he would even reach towards him. A few of the rattles are a little heavier and if the child can't control objects yet, they could hurt themself if dropped on their face. My grandson enjoys all these rattles now, a few are easier for him to grasp than others, but it is a really good set that I would recommend to anyone.
