Disappointing color, quite grey … not pretty
We know the formulas of Essies polish are quite good, but the color is like a mauve with grey and a lot of white. I was trying to replace my favorite polish for toes , a warm slightly peachy nude color. I’m pretty sure it would not be flattering to any skin tone, any skin tone. It’s quite awful unless you were a very pale person wearing a purple prom dress and I clearly suggest fingernails only. I’m quite disappointed … choose a different color … D -

finally, a nude that is flattering for a person of color. i tend to like more "frosty" colors, this nude is the perfect nude without looking like an off-white or dingey yellow. thanks Essie

Great for day to day, work or professional events.
From the online swatch, I was expecting the color to be a bit more on the neutral side of beige. This one is more like a cool-toned grey beige. Even though it is not the exact color I expected I still really like it a lot and it has grown on me. It is a great neutral color for work as it does not draw too much attention to your nails but keeps them looking neat and well-groomed. The polish also lasts 3-5 days without chipping. I cleaned the house today so it chipped faster but if you are using gloves while cleaning the polish will last way longer.
