Safe worries
It works brilliant typical for us we have a new born baby and its just help us to save worries to monitor on my little Princess which can monitor or heart rate and oxygen level which we only have it when my elder one stay in hospital. The sock wasn't that easy to adjust on a little one but after a few trial we get how to use it, the picture quality and the mobile apps is far better than the one we had for my elder daughter, even though its only 720P but more clear and detail. The mobile apps is well designed to use. The feature to monitor on heart rate and oxygen level is so so so useful when little one unwell, we can tell by the oxygen level and keep eye to monitor it.

Good baby monitor
This is really a good value pack. It contains two identical boxes which contains one smart sock and one camera each. You can just buy one if you only need one but this twin pack is much cheaper if you need two. This set is easy to use and set up via the app. You can keep track of your baby’s heartbeat, oxygen level and sleep time. You will get alert if baby cries or moves. That definitely puts your kids at ease all the time. The night vision is also clear and quick. It is a must product for new parents.

Very good Quality
This twin pack of cameras and baby sock monitors are very good quality, this pack is for 2 sets (you can buy just one if you wanted) I got this as I wanted to keep track of a baby plus a small toddler, they are easy to use and set up, you do need a smart phone and WiFi connection. It lets you watch the baby but the sock keeps track of the heartbeat, oxygen level and sleep time. You also get an alert if baby cries. They are a bit pricey but worth every penny for your peace of mind that your baby is safe in another room sleeping.

Fantastic Piece of Mind for Parents
This complete baby monitoring system is an excellent and well designed piece of kit.The system comes in two parts, the camera and the sock'. Unpacking the sock unit you receive the base station which is a small round disk that you plug into the mains via the enclosed adapter. 2 sets of socks. You also get a preinstalled electronic monitoring device which attaches via velcro onto the inside of the sock. The whole set up is very simple. The other box contains a HD (720p) CCTV Camera, wall mounting, cable and plug. I will break my review down to cover the pro's and con's each device.SOCKThe monitoring device comes in the form of a 'sock'. You receive two sizes of socks, one for new borns up to 12lb and another from 12lb to 30lb. You get both the left and right sock and are advised to swap these each week in case of irritations. You can also only handwash these socks. A small device velcro's into the inside of the sock, this is the monitoring bit which needs to actually touch the baby's foot/skin. It is fully rechargeable, you just pop it onto the base station which is a small round disc. The Sock is a bit confusing to fit at first but when you download and set up the app there are video walkthroughs which make it easier. It attaches via velcro straps. Once the sock is fitted on your babys foot the app tells you that it is receiving readings and lets you know the placement of the sock is good. The fit of the sock is very good and has not fallen off the baby since we have had this device a little over a week. Overall it looks neat and tidy and baby grows fit over the sock without issue. We didnt charge the sock when we first received it and it went flat half way through the first night setting off the base station alarm and sending out phones notifications. So remember to charge the sock fully - we found it does need recharging every single day. I will cover what the sock monitors in my app review shortly.BASE STATIONThe base station is a small round disk which must be connected to a power supply. A UK plug is included. The base station links up to your wifi network to support monitoring via the Owlett app. The great thing about the base station is that if you wifi goes down then the sock will still communicate with the base station and will alert you if anything is wrong via alarms and led lights. The base station has various different alarms, for example i tested what would happen if the sock came off during the night whilst monitoring, the base station played a loud lullaby continuously and flashed yellow. The app also sent a notification to alert me that the sock placement was incorrect. The base station can be unplugged and moved to another room without the need for it to be set up again.HD CAMERAI believe the camera runs at a 720p resolution. For an app monitored device this resolution is very clear and detailed. The image is much better than another brand of baby monitor that we use, much sharper and more detailed. The camera has two way audio so that you can not only hear your baby but you can also speak back to them if you wished to do so. It has IR night vision and this works very well as you can see in my review pictures. The camera feed is also overlayed with heart rate and oxygen sats. There is a self assembly pole which you feed the power cable through and the mounting is quick and painless. Unfortunately we received a damaged USB power cable (the end was slightly damaged so wouldn't fit into the camera) however this was quickly solved by swapping the usb cable out for the many hundreds of cables we have lying around the house! The camera does not record so there is no playback function, you can only view live images.APPThe app is very well designed, user friendly and works very well. Set up of the devices was a breeze and there were zero issues. The app will receive the data that the sock is sending to the base station and reports on the babies heart rate, oxygen saturation levels as well as reporting on the babies sleep patterns. It will alert you to any issues via a notification advising you to check the app. It breaks the sleep down into Light Sleep/Deep Sleep and awake times, as well as giving you an overall summary and graph data. It is in fact very detailed and reminds me of a fitbit type display. The camera feed is also very good although one negative from this is that it takes around 6 seconds for the live feed to come through to the phone. This may be our wifi i am not too sure, but the delay did feel like a long time when waiting. I tried this several times and the delay did not improve. Notifications from within the app were fast and quick on the phone and it was a very slick and professionally designed app.SUMMARYOverall i think the owlett ecosystem is excellent. It definitely provides any new parent with piece of mind and helps with those initial sleepless nights. I like the fact the system grows with the child and that you can get different size socks so that the device does not become redundant after a few months. One huge bonus about this device is there are no on-going subscription costs like the other popular baby monitors on the market. Yes this device is expensive but it's a one off payment and the device can be used for more children as your family grows.Would i recommend this product? Yes, absolutely. It really does put your mind at ease and the whole system works flawlessly together. The devices are very well made and appear built to last. Fantastic product!I hope that you found my review helpful
