Looks very nice Has nice functions But it's all plastic on the outside. The buttons , the twist knob , the lever you pull down to engage , the outer body. It feels very Geep , rickety , & flimsy Because I bought it on discount I try and justify it to myself. But do I have buyers remorse and would pay double to get somehting that is more rigid? Absolutely. Maybe I shouldn't have been such a Geepas . Wish it was white or cream colored. Oh well , you live with your choices. I'd like to add that the knob design does not give you a clear indication of where you set it. There are other options out there where it is clear as day where you pointed/placed your nob , probably the biggest reason to avoid this product.

Unless i got a faulty one, this is the worst toaster ever! Takes forever!! Absolutely awful
