In Farm's Way: An Organic Cozy Mystery (Farm to Table Mysteries, 3)

I continue to enjoy this series by Amanda Flower. The mystery kept me guessing and the characters were very engaging.

Love this series! Being from Michigan brings a lot of memories and joy reading these books. The only complaint is the amount of grammar issues. That makes it hard to read. Wish they would have edited it better. Feels like every few pages there are errors.

This is the third book in the series and it picks up from book two right away. Shiloh has a way of being present whenever there is trouble in town. She aggravates the sheriff by trying to help solve the murder.

This was a great book and a welcome addition to the series. Love the characters especially the animals, Huckleberry the pug, Esmerelda the cat and the Diva chicken. Love the author and the series. Highly recommend!!

Just finished this series and was extremely pleased with the storylines in each book. They held your interest and were very hard to put down. I would highly recommend them. I've pre-ordered book 4 in this series and can't wait. Amanda Flower is an excellent author and all her books are great.

I really enjoy this series, I like to see Shiloh trying to save her family farm, I grew up on a dairy farm myself. I enjoy her friends and all the animals, still not sure about her family, although she obviously had a wonderful bond with her grandmother. Shiloh figures she'll spend the winter repairing things on the farm and planning for spring but when her best friend's husband Kent becomes the suspect in a Brewery owner's murder you know she'll be drawn in, can she keep herself body and heart safe while seeking out answers??? It's definitely worth reading to find out!

What a wonderful fun mystery. Even though someone dies and you're trying to solve a crime Amanda always adds a lot of humor to her stories and I didn't guess who done it until very close to the end. I'd love to live next door to Shiloh, Huckleberry and Esmeralda.

In Farm's Way is the third in the Farm to Table Mystery series. A cozy mystery series set on an organic farm in a small town in Michigan.I hadn't read any of the others in the series before picking this one up. But, I find with most cozy mystery series that you can pick them up anywhere during the series and feel like you know what's going on and In Farm's Way could definitely be read as a stand-alone.This was a cute cozy mystery. Our main character and amateur sleuther, Shiloh Bellamy, is back on her family farm, helping to keep it running and look after her dad. After dropping her dad off at the local fishing derby and taking a walk over to help her friend man one of the booths at the derby, she discovers the local brewery owner dead. When Shiloh's best friends husband becomes the main suspect, Shiloh decides she needs to help out find the real killer.I liked the small town aspect of the mystery, the mystery was interesting, and I didn't solve it before the reveal. I give this one a solid 3 star. It kept me interested, but the story and characters didn't necessarily wow me. There was also a love triangle forming, and just a personal preference, I find them a little cringy.Overall, if you enjoy cozy mysteries and like the small town/rural setting, I'd suggest giving this on a try.I received an advance copy of this book for free, and I'm leaving this review voluntarily.
