Quercetin, is one of the best “herbs”, for overall health. It is finally being recognized more widely than in years past. Teaming up with Green Tea extract, it provides a powerful combination fighting many different ailments. It was recommended to me by naturopathic doctor; a life changer.

I found out about Quercetin after looking for natural allergy remedies for dogs. I'm all about natural health and my homeopathic drops have not been as effective lately. I chose this product because it has bromelain (needed for better absorption) and only 30mg Zinc which is the daily max you should supplement. Other quercetin products had too much Zinc. The added benefits of elderberry, vit C, and turmeric was also a bonus. Be sure to take with food! I have other supplements I take on an empty stomach so I added this to my daily routine and it made me nauseous. No issues when taken with food.

After researching multiple potential remedies, Quercetin 1600mg manufactured by Orgabay Lipsomal seemed to be the best value with the maximum serving to try. In my research, I found that inflamation is identified as a key issue with a growing prostate. I have tried many of the other prostate products that are highly advertised, without any success for me. After about a week on quercetin 1600mg, I noticed happily, that I was getting up only once after about 4 houirs of sleep. This compared to 3-4 times as my normal. I have to attribute this to Quercetin. If the inflamtion is truly being reduced, then the size of my prostate may also be shrinking. My doctor advised me that science does not have a definitive answers as to "what" causes the prostate to grow. My research made a good case that its "inflamation" and since the other products I tried had zero affect, Im pleased to report that this product worked for me.

Its a good supplement to take to give your body what it needs

Seems to work in boosting our immune system. (we've tried a few versions and this seems the best) Haven't been sick with viruses for quite awhile. Ran out recently and neglected to reorder. Nasty virus got me. The pill size is large so perhaps not for children. P.S. don't use any quercetin while using ivermectin. Both great, but not together.

Great product

Easy to swallow tablets and appear to have a good level of absorption. I have not suffered from any colds or bugs since I have been taking these supplements. I was impressed with the concentration of quercetin in the dosage and cost versus what similar competitors offer. I would recommend this for anyone looking to add a good supplement their diet with quercetin.

I read somewhere that Phytosomes help Quercetin absorb 50x better than Quercetin alone! That, and taking Quercetin and Zinc together, has a good anti-viral effect. The Internet says: "Quercetin functions as a Zinc ionophore, chelating Zinc and transporting it into the cytoplasm of cells." Anyway, this Orgabay brand of Quercetin Phytosome is better priced than other similar brands I found on Amazon! I'm very pleased to have found this Quercetin product, and will be buying more again when I begin running low. Like everyone else out there, I Do Not like getting sick!
