I love these and am now a solid Tovolo fan. The colour (red) is beautiful, handles are solid, and they wash up great with no staining or residue. Spend the extra...it's worth it!

The red is an absolutely beautiful set. It’s bright but it has a good depth to it. It’s a true red- no orange or purple/blue undertones really. The silicone is thick and sturdy. The tongs take a bit of getting used to because the clasper isn’t easy to lock into place but when it does, it stays that way. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the tongs had a small bump on the side where you could set it down without touching the counter. Overall, easy to use, good grip on them, and no rust!

I purchased a few random pieces of Tovolo utensils several years ago and have been very happy with them. In the meantime, I purchased a few extra pieces from other brands. The other brands feel flimsy and weak compared to Tovolo. I was so delighted when I saw this set on Amazon. Very well made!

I chose to buy Tovolo because of the high heat resistant of 315 degree celsius. But when i received the set of 6, only the spatula is heat resistant to 315 degree celsius and all the rest are only 260 degree celsius. Kind of disappointed. I wrote to Tovolo to clarify, but almost a week and no reply.
