It is too small. He hasn't wore it. I ordered a large, but still not big enough. Would like to send it back. Oso is a Great Pyrenees & has lots of hair. Being in Arizona & it SO hot, I thought it would help cool him off. Good concept!

Had to return the first one for exchange because it would be warm in 1 minute! Second one came fast and works much better but doesn’t stay cool as long as stated, but ok for a short walk on a hot day!Seller was very attentive and sent replacement quickly!!

Helps my border collie keep cool. Just wish the ice pack was bigger, doesn't last too long.

Collar only stays cool for 30 minutes. Bad description on website. Returning for refund.

This is a great product. Washable and Velcro for adjusting on the neck. Easy to pop in the freezer to keep the dogs cool while outside.

I ordered the "Large", as the picture shows a black Labrador retriever wearing the collar, and that is the breed of my dog. This product was ridiculously small, might fit a cat or toy lap dog. There was no way this was a large. Trying to return to the seller. Disappointing.

This product came with nothing - no instructions. It was a piece of plastic encase me too with some sticks in it that did not freeze. I kept it over night in my freezer and it was a limp piece of plastic, encasing some hard bits inside. Room temp. Useless
