I wás amazed how fast shipment was for such a beautiful and high quality product. I ordered this for a wedding gift. It arrived well packaged and protected. The couples 3D etching was amazing and they will be thrilled! The special box it came in was an indication of the special gift inside. It's a beautiful gift for anyone you want to amaze. I s to so bought the polishing cloth but did find a light u on stand cheaper. Anyone would love this!

Sent this to my granddaughter as a unique wedding gift. The size and weight was impressive. It’s very solid and sturdy, the clarity of the images are top notch. Its just plug and play. She loved because of the uniqueness.

We got two of these, one of each child, as a gift. Was really impressed with how nice they looked. The images were very clear and there was a lot of "wow factor" on the receiving end for the crystal hearts. We purchased them with the spinning lit base and it really made the images pop out.Pros:- Clarity of the image, and the crystal, is great, and both images that I did came out perfectly identifiable as the intended image.- The rotating light base really shows off the shape within the crystals and gives them a real pop. Also causes a neat aurora borealis-like image on your ceiling!- The optional keychain additions come with a button that can be pressed to light them up (which also rotates through colors) to allow them to have the same pop as the larger products.- Spinning base can be set to off, static on, or rotating on, to set them how you need/want them at any point.- Each one, including the keychains, comes in a pretty decorative box, perfect for gifting.- Customer service is very on point. Extremely responsive, and very willing to work with us on any issues that might crop up. I went back and forth through several messages as they answered questions, and helped with issues (like the ideas for the sliding off the edge issue mentioned below). They were very courteous, patient, and helpful the entire time. (Which is a disturbing rarity, these days)Cons:- The material and base are so smooth that the rotation eventually caused them to slide off. This was easily resolved by placing 4 transparent 2mm rubber feet (found at https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06VTTGBBV?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details) on the bottom, in the corners of the base of the heart. This resolved the issue, 100%, and caused no detraction of the visible light or image, at all.- The material takes fingerprints very well, but this is offset by a microfiber cleaning cloth, provided with each product.(I would leave a picture with this review, but the images were personal, so I won't. But believe that they looked great)

Bought this for my daughter as a Christmas gift and she was very happy. I had to get in touch with customer service or something about the base and they get right back in touch with me and we’re able to help me. It is made very well and the picture quality was great.

I was really worried when I initially chose this product because there were so many other options some more expensive some cheaper almost all of the products when you look on here on Amazon they have good reviews as in four stars or more but there’s always bad reviews, so I was really worried going with this product because it is on the cheaper side in comparison to others however this product is amazing! I apologize for not posting a photo I just thought it to be too personal so sorry for not sharing. But I can promise you it looks amazing so if you were like me really worried about what seller to buy from I would highly recommend this one. I don’t know how the more expensive ones look like in comparison, but this one looks amazing. The only negative, but I know it’s gonna be for all of these sellers (which is why I won’t complain) is the light stand is cheap however, without the light, you can’t really see the 3-D crystals photo, so no matter what you need the light stand

Excellent work. It provides another dimension to my photo. I had it made for our anniversary (28 yrs). It was made from a photo of myself and wife. One of our most favorite photo. The heart shaped glass is perfect for displaying the etched conversion of the photo. The 3D is incredible. With the LED light stand, this has become a true treasure. Thank you!

I was going to order thru a different company on facebook but felt they were too expensive. I found this company out of san jose on amazon. From placing my order, it was shipped in under 24 hours and received in a few days. Beautiful work, turned out great. GF should love it.

While shopping for an anniversary gift for my wife, I started seeing glass hearts with poems and stuff carved in them. Then I kept scrolling through items and came across this item/service. I thought it was a great idea and I had the perfect picture. Seeing the rating and the reviews I decided to order one. There were other companies that did the same thing for a bit more, so I settled on 3Dpixdance as they were about on target for what I wanted to spend. The item arrived sooner than expected. It was definitely heavier than I expected, and the image in the glass was superbly cut. I was amazed at how good it looked. I bought the light-up base that didn't rotate (I figured the image is only meant to be seen from one direction so why have it rotate). And I ordered one keychain. To my surprise they gave me an additional keychain with no charge. If you're looking for a gift to impress, this is it. I gave 5-stars for all features except for the cost. Even though it was worth it, and worth the effect it had on my wife, I figure there's always room for improvement as far as cost. Anyway, I'm not disappointed in the least bit.
