I haven't had it long enough to give a fair feedback, but we are only taking one a day for right now. I will try and do an update later.

So i feel like i have all the symptoms of a thyroid problem, but normal blood work, and im only a few doses in... but wow i notice a huge difference in how i feel... less fatigue so far, so definitely going to continue to take and see what else these can do

After a month of taking these I started noticing a difference. My weight has slowly gone down and my hunger has been suppressed. I don’t crave processed sugars as much anymore either. My husband has started taking them to see if he has the same results.My draw to these was the fact that my last pregnancy destroyed half my thyroid. My numbers are “normal” but I could tell I was off even before I had it tested. My right side of my thyroid has been obliterated by a nodule so I only have the left side doing double duty. Normal numbers or not I had every symptom of low thyroid. Taking this I feel normal again. Definitely going to keep buying this.

Gave me headaches. Wasn't sure at first because I take a lot of supplements. Had to do the elimination process and after three times of having the same reaction that's when I knew it was a real problem for me.

Well, I’ve only been taking this supplement for about four days. I haven’t gotten any bad side effects from it and I’m thankful for that! I have noticed that my energy levels are up and I’ve been in a steady good mood. I haven’t been taking it long but I’m hoping too continue to get good results with this supplement and hopefully get my metabolism back on track. I went from having hyperthyroidism Too hypothyroidism and have been taken off medication for three months, hoping too level out but thought I’d try this in the meantime too help me feel a little more normal until then. I would recommend this product. So far so good! 👍
