Easy to peel tiles but need a little bit more adhesive spray to keep them down

Tiles laid well but all lifting at edges after two days
I bought 4 packs of tiles expecting the colour to be regular through the packs. But after laying a few, I discovered at least 3 different shades of the base colour. So I realised that the tiles would need designing in some sort of pattern, to avoid light and dark patches over the floor. After two days of laying, and cutting around various obstacles and against the walls, I was very upset to discover the edges of the tiles lifting. One tile has already had a corner bent over and broken.I ended up using spray contact adhesive to make the tiles properly secure.

Need to buy cans of adhesive because they wouldn’t stick in places. Not enough adhesive on them. Once extra applied they look good
