Whenever I have a TV or monitor mounting project I always look at where I want the cables to go, and how much room I have. Frequently, depending on where the HDMI input is on the TV, I may need an elbow connector. These are sturdy, and come in various angles and configurations depending on the job. Updated 7/10/2015: Four and a-half stars. Unfortunately, I found through trial and error that using this port for my Roku Stick was causing issues with recognizing the remote. Once I removed it and plugged the Roku directly into the HDMI port, all worked fine. The adapter has worked perfectly fine with a bedroom TV that hangs on the wall with my Sony Blu-Ray and Roku streaming box. It's been very helpful in removing the strain on the HDMI cords in this instance.
