Do to the terrible lack of useful information provided about this product, I bought this thinking that the fact that it fit a 1 3/4 inch neck meant that it was 1 3/4" outside diamiter. It isn't and is actually 1 1/2 inch out side diameter and if they took the time to accurately describe the product I would have wasted my time buying it and waiting for it to be delivered. I never intended to use the cheap reducer adapter clamp s that come with these types of hoses. Now I will have to waist more time returning it and find one that will fit.
