It's not an instant fix of caffeine
This product definitely helps. It's not going to tap into everything all at once like a cup of coffee will. It sort of just hangs out in the background but you'd know you didn't take these pills in the morning if you're used to themI'll actually drink a regular cup of coffee and take these along with other vitaminsI'm a USPS letter carrier that does some walking. This is one of those products that's not too crazy on the ingredients so I don't feel like it's some serious pre-work thing where I'm gonna rage on something hahaI'm exaggerating of course but this definitely is a good product if it works for you
