As someone sensitive to artificial colours and additives, this product is a lifesaver. It’s hard to find extra-strength acetaminophen that doesn't have red or blue dyes. These tablets are easy to swallow and work quickly to reduce fever and pain. High quality and definitely worth the switch.

Clean Ingredients
We don’t do dyes in our home and try to heal naturally, but sometimes a good ole dose of acetaminophen does the trick. I love that this stuff doesn’t have the extra garbage in it. Love the Genexa brand.
