These are SOOO easy to get on and off. I have pairs that you need to Velcro together. Can someone tell me how you are supposed to wrap and Velcro your upper arm with one hand?? These slip on, stay in place. I wear them through the day under my sweater. I have lost a good chunk of weight and train hard. I hate I have biceps but wing arms under. This keeps the skin tight throughout the day and they are damp after four hours of use (the sweat that came off during that time period). I did notice the first two times my arms turned pink because of the fabric color. One wash and that never happened again.

These wraps do exactly what they were meant to. Fit snug and make my arms feel tight and sweaty. I didn’t have to leave them on too long for them to be effective.

Well.i guess they somewhat serve their purpose but what I wasnt counting on was how the color was going to stain my clothing and skin the pink inside part rubbed off really nasty on my clothes after sweating

These bad boys really make my arms sweat , I am focusing on minimal weight , but high repetition to make my arm exercises really burn .

The sizing chart was confusing but I do recognize I have pretty big arms so I ordered a XXL. It fits more to form then compresses my arms however it does make them sweat more during workouts which is good.I gave this product a 3 star because it does to the most part fit my needs with a cost. The inner lining is pink which I wouldn't normally mind but the fist use made my arms pink. The size tag on the inside was also dyed after use. Because the dye comes off it does make it itchy after some use. I do wash and air dry it but the dye for inner lining just makes me itchy. I probably wouldn't order this again though.

I don't know why people are complaining of pink stain on their arms after use & it has a funny smell. I have had this product for two weeks now & I never had a problem with pink coloring on my arms or any type of funky smell. As far as the quality I also give it a thumbs up. I have washed it everytime I have used it & it has not ripped or tore. As far as it helping to slim arms I'm not 100% on this b/c I have only used it for two weeks, BUT, when I remove it, it is drenched so yes it DOES make you sweat. I'm not disappointed in this product so far, just keeping my fingers crossed that it helps to tone my flabby arms.

They may have changed their liner fabric because I hand washed mine right away in hot, soapy water in the sink and had no color bleed out at all. They are plenty long enough for me, but I'm 5'1" and 110 lbs. I have to really pull them up to my armpit in order to clear my inner elbow. As for fit, I was right on the edge of Medium and Large but wanted a snug fit so got the Medium and am glad I did. They are snug to pull on but doable and comfortable to wear. I don't think the Large would have helped me at all. If I worked out in them I would probably sweat more but just wearing them around the house for 6-8 hours only got them very slightly moist inside and they dry overnight (actually probably within an hour) just fine. So wearing them under you day clothes is definitely possible.
