Nice product. You have to clean the base due to the water sedimentation. You might feel the price is a bit higher than average but it worth it

The instructions are not written for the United States. They are hard to figure out….
I haven’t used it yet and am wondering … do I cook with the lids on? Do I put water in the base as one video showed but nothing in the instructions…. Once cooked do I need to remove the food or will the food stay hot for transport in the unit and for how long? So many questions …. I’m a chef and look forward in exploring this and experimenting…. With the instructions that came it’s obvious the translator did not do a very good job…. So good luck! It looks like it has possibilities….

This product is easy to use, worth the money spent. Cleans easy, doesn't take long to cook (steam) your food and is a healthier option vs going out while in a hotel. Its compact! Fits in suitcases!
