Yes, USPS just delivered it to our front door... and a fabulous big insulated box with a good sized freezer pack to prevent over heating.

Q: Will these be as fresh as what I get from whole foods?

I have never bought these bars from whole foods. I have reordered these many times from Amazon and they have always been very fresh.

Q: what is the L X W X H of this 12pk?

I did not measure and I don't have the empty box anymore. I will take my tape measure to grocery store to measure.
