Tastes great! I love this vitamin supplement. It’s tastes great with a berry taste and works well. It came with an inner seal. This is a liquid multi vitamin which is what I wanted. Don’t listen to those who say it tastes bad. That is not true. It tastes very good with a slight vitamin after taste which is to be expected. The only negative thing is the expensive price. But it is quality in my opinion.

I ordered this for my 97-year-old dad who said he has trouble taking vitamins now. He said it tastes great, it's easy to swallow, it doesn't upset his stomach, and he mixes it with his protein smoothies. He's remembering to take it every day.

Super thick consistency, but I guess it's suppose to be like that, taste isn't the best but I can tell it has vitamins in it...works for me.

I could definitely feel a difference in my energy when I started taking this. Compared to other liquid vitamins this one is a more reasonable cost. That said, I didn’t care for the taste or the thickness of the liquid. I’m not usually the one to complain about how bad medicine or other liquid multivitamins taste but this one was just awful to me. I did manage to finish the bottle but I’ve tried other ones with a better taste that I plan on going with in the future.

Great mixed with a big jug of ice water, more clean energy, better sleep and overall well being after taking this for a week. Replaced my coffee habit with ice multivitamin water. Feeling fresher and healthier. I recommend it.
