Just what I needed
Squeaky dryer, tons of noise coming out of it from the idler pulley. Instead of having an outside company come in to do the repairs, I took it on myself. It was actually really easy the parts fit perfectly at such a low cost. It’s hard to imagine paying someone to change this out in addition to the rip charge. super satisfied with this kit and in the process I was able to vacuum all the lint out of the dryer and get it ready for another season without the fire hazard being in the back of my mind somewhere.

Solved my problem
My idler was squealing and belt was about to fail too. Replaced everything, all good now. Fair price.

No more screaming!!!!!
All the parts fit great my dryer no longer screams. I’m very satisfied. The belt was too small however I ordered the wrong size belt with the kit So that’s my fault not the company.

Partial fix for my Whirlpool Cabrio Dryer
I saw in the questions section that this kit (4392067) would work with my whirlpool cabrio electric dryer model WED8500DC3. During installation, I found that my dryer has 6 drum wheels. Only 4 drum wheels come in the kit. However, I replaced 4 and cleaned the remaining 2 well. The pulley/wheel was my biggest problem and the replacement worked well. The drum belt was not long enough to use. I didn’t get a measurement difference before putting it back together but it was significantly smaller, several inches. So I just put the old one back on as it was still working, for now. But I was disappointed because taking the dryer apart was quite a task and I wish I would’ve been able to replace the belt while I had access to it. After putting everything back together and testing it out, there was a slight knocking sound that was gone after one drying cycle. I’m no expert but I figured it might be because of the difference in size between the new drum wheels and the old ones. Their sizes are the same, it’s just that the old ones were worn down quite a bit. But I could be wrong. Anyway, I am satisfied that the awful screeching metal grinding sound is gone and I can resume drying clothes.

It's cheap and works, but likely only for a while
If I had rated this product when installing it, I might have mistakenly given it 4 stars, because it's inexpensive, fit my Kenmore dryer from 2001 as expected, and quieted the noise of the previously failing rollers, mostly. What I discovered, though, after continuing to use the dryer for almost a year, was that these wheels are significantly inferior to the originals. My original rollers lasted (literally) over 20 years before starting to make too much noise. These only ran for 11 months until one roller failed, becoming unbearably noisy, and the others showed signs of degredation.I believe the reasons for this are as follows:1. Inferior Materials - The quality of the plastic, rubber, and maybe even steel is lower than that of the original parts. This makes them less durable.2. Looser tolerances - For example, the bearings have more play, and the rollers are less accurately manufactured, and thus move more and wear faster.3. Inferior fit & finish - These replacement rollers had remaining rubber injection molding remnants, rougher bearing surfaces, and were a bit more noisy from day 1.All that having been said. The price is right. What I actually wish for is a medium-priced option, offering at least moderately better quality without the ridiculous prices of the original manufacturer parts. I would be willing to pay more for superior parts, as there's a decent amount of work involved in replacing these, and doing that annually is kind of a pain.Note: I did check, cleanup, and lubricate the existing roller shafts before installing these, and also cleaned out the lint and debris from inside the machine to reduce the chances of something going wrong, but at least one shaft was badly scored after using this product for almost a year.To Illustrate the difference, I have included a photo of an original roller (white hub), removed after *21 years* of operation, and one of these rollers (red hub), removed after only *1 year* of operation. The difference in quality and longevity is pretty noticable.Final note: If your dryer is likely already on the way out, and you just want a quick, cheap fix, to keep it running a bit longer, this product may fit the bill, but otherwise, I don't think it's ideal. I'm still searching for a product that strikes a bit better balance between quality/longevity and price.

A Couple of Hours Saved Hundreds of Dollars
Twenty six dollars and a couple of hours of labor, and the dryer is running like new. The most challenging part of the process was taking the machine apart to get to the belt, rollers, and idle pulley. The new parts fit well. They were easier to install than I expected. A comparable new unit would have cost $800 - $1100.

Machine specific, Not for Maytag Bravos
I needed the red rollers and they worked great but the rest of the parts didn't fit my machine so I tossed them. The belt was too short and the metal arm bracket was completely the wrong shape. Even though the description sait it worked for my model it wasnt. My machine is a Maytag Bravos. On the positive side, my local appliance parts dealer sold the rollers for $21 each so it was a win overall.
