I bought this pad because I have a Nexus 6 phone which apparently tend to lose usb connectivity if the plug is used too much. So using a charger will lessen the wear on it. It works great. It unfortunately does not fast charge even though the Nexus 6 has that ability through usb. Apparently, it really only works with certain Samsung phones.Beyond that, and especially considering the price point, it has worked great. I have a thin case on my phone but it isn't hard to find a spot that charges. The unit lights up immediately when the phone is in the right spot (lower half of the phone for me) and starts charging about a second later. Every time it lights up, it charges; no false flashes. The pads has enough grip that is doesn't slide around so you can use your phone easily while it is charging.It also stays cool and has never gotten hot. The light shuts off after about 5 seconds, so no annoying lights at night. Easy recommend.

The concept of these chargers is cool but you have to get the phone on just right and have to have a certain type of case. I have a case that has a credit card pocket on the back and cannot charge my phone with the case turned on.

Works ok but.....phone must be plased on the "sweet spot" on the charger, otherwise it will not charge. Sometimes it takes a few attempts to get the correct position. Not sure I would purchase this again.

I bought this charger to keep at work. It charges quickly and doesn't take up much space. I also like that the light does not stay on while charging.

Worked great. My only complaint is you have to lay the phone on it instead of standing

Works great with my phone, and I don't have to mess with attaching a charging cable to the phone. You just lay the phone on it, and the charging begins. It charges quite quickly.

Holds up after many years. Just don't like how bright the blue light is at night (it turns off after a few seconds)

JUNK DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! CORD DOESN'T FIT TIGHT TO PAD. WONT STAY ON MORE THEN A FEW SECONDS. HAVE TO KEEP PLAYING WITH CORD. JUNK!!!

Charges the handset fine, but I wouldn't say it's a 'fast charge'.Update: Downgraded the stars from 4 to 2. It's fine if time is no issue and you don't mind just leaving your phone to charge on your desk. Seemed to take an age to charge so I plugged the phone in to a standard USB instead and the difference was massive. Showed how "fast charge" pad, in the case of the one I own, is a misnomer. Wouldn't recommend it if your intention is a pad you can quick boost your battery on where time is short.

Great little device to have.Went away for a camping weekend over Easter and my girlfriend's S7 was exposed to moisture (bitterly cold in Wales!) which caused the phone to malfunction so couldn't receive charge through normal plug. Phone was indicating that it needed to dry off before accepting charge but after 24hrs of drying the phone through every trick in the book we were out of ideas.I suggested wireless charging and found this beauty...worked like a charm and to the relief of my GF. She's one happy bunny!

Looks great, feels great, hi-tech, low profile, cool LED indicator lights and charges Samsung Galaxy S7 wirelessly and rapidly. Non-slip inserts so it doesn't scoot off your desk. Just need a decent quality USB power plug that runs at a decent current as this is determining factor for charging speed. So convenient you don't have to faff around with those little charger connector cables on the bottom of your phone any more. Wireless charging is the future.

Heats up significantly to the point I'm worried it will damage my phone and it's battery (galaxy s8). Might be good for just topping up the battery during the day.. But not for overnight charging.. I stopped using it.

Requires device being in a set position, not very good for convenience. If the phone isn't straight in line with the logo, it doesn't work for me. Not ideal in the dark. Once lined up etc tho, it works well and charges fast.
