I have very fine hair that looks greasy in less than 24 hours after shampooing. I've used several different shampoos for oily hair with little help. Thought I would give this a try. LOVE IT! Gives me at least a few more hours. Doesn't leave a residue, easy to style hair after use.

It’s a really handy product. Really helpful if you have to go to a party or something after. Smell is amazing and it also gives a volume to your hair so you don’t have to put anything else for styling and the best thing is it save a lot of time if you don’t fell like taking a shower for those messy oily hair.

I used to love this GK dry shampoo and have been using it for years. It used to come in a smaller 5oz bottle and the main ingredient was rice powder. I have very, very oily hair and I normally wash my hair every day, however I keep the GK dry shampoo on hand in case of emergency if I oversleep and don’t have time to wash my hair in the morning for work. So a bottle lasts me a very long time. When I reordered this time I found they have changed the formula and it no longer contains the rice powder which was the ingredient that made it absorb the oil so well. I use a lot of styling products and hairspray in my hair every day and the old formula made my hair soft like I had no styling products in my hair and would refresh even my very oily hair to get me through the day without washing but the new formula does not and leaves my hair stiff. Also the new formula does not have the same fragrance as the old formula, it has almost no smell at all. The old formula had a very tropical, almost coconut smell and was wonderful. Why has GK changed this formula when the old formula was so good? Please bring back the old formula with rice powder which worked so much better.

I always used dry shampoo in between washes. My hair tends to get very greasy within one day but the strands are very fine and washing my hair daily makes it super dry and brittle. I have tried a lot of dry shampoos, and this one is just okay.The bottle is quite big, bigger than most dry shampoo bottles. Unfortunately, it's not really a good deal because it seems to take so much of this product to adequately absorb the oils in my hair to where it looks nice. I was spraying for far longer than any other brand before my hair started to look fresh. This may be fine if your hair doesnt tend to get very oily and you dont need a lot of product, though.The spray did smell good, at least (a light, somewhat coconut scent).

As much as this dry shampoo costs, I thought it would perform as advertised. It leaves a powder residue on my hair and scalp. Leaving a white sheen. Basically spray powder in a can. I followed the directions listed above. Fortunately I only did a small section. I have braids in my hair. Easy access to my scalp and hair. I rubbed and massaged without success. It makes my scalp dry. I didn't like the scent. It has a coconut fruity smell. It's possible that it's not made for black hair, idk. Finally it's a large can and the print is very small.
