Perfect Fit and Clean, Modern Look
This trim kit fit my Nest Thermostat perfectly and really gave it a clean, finished look on the wall. Installation was simple, and the color matches the thermostat nicely. It hides old paint marks and wiring holes beautifully. Great quality and easy upgrade.

This trim kit was exactly what I needed. Our old thermostat was a rectangular model, and after replacing it with a modern one, the wall marks were a complete eyesore. This trim piece covered everything perfectly — no sanding, repainting, or patchwork required. good trim kit for Nest thermostat
This trim kit for the Nest thermostat looks nice and is perfect for when you are replacing a rectangular thermostat. It is big enough to cover any holes and marks that were left from the old thermostat. The plastic material is solid and the color matches the Nest thermostat. It's also convex (edges are flush with the wall) which I would expect (the Nest thermostat trim plate is concave (edges curve out away from the wall) and looks odd when installed). That's why I would get one of these instead of the Nest trim kit.

Just remember to do this BEFORE you install the nest thermostat!
Easy to install and looks nice. It covers the holes in the drywall left by the old thermostat.

Great for using with Nest's newest thermostats
When Nest informed us they were no longer supporting our older thermostats, we ordered new ones and while installing them I realized the old trim kit doesn't fit the new thermostats (of course they don't). I found this kit here and it works perfectly.
