Vitassium FastChews, Chewable Electrolyte Tablets for Management of POTS and High Sodium Diets, Fast-Acting Sodium Tablets, Grape Flavor, 60 Count

I have pots, I’ve been using other electrolyte drink mixes and decided to give these a try for my upcoming Disney trip. To give you perspective, I was having one of the worst pots flare ups of my life. I was very concerned about how I would feel during this trip, Orlando is very hot during this time of year and there would be a lot of sweating, moving, walking, rides, etc. so I decided to give these a try. The morning of our trip I felt terrible and couldn’t stand longer than 5 minutes, I took these and started to feel better. I continued using them and felt better and better, able to stand in the heat. Able to keep up with others. I cannot believe how NORMAL I feel, and if you have an autoimmune disease, you know exactly what I mean by that. Of course I have other symptoms that electrolytes and salt won’t fix, but for the most part, I feel normal and like I’m not holding anyone back with my symptoms. These are the only thing different that I’ve tried.Oh, and they taste great!

I love these. I DO NOT use them as a main source of hydration, I drink two TRIORAL packets daily with added mio drops for flavor, but if I am feeling off at work and have already had a lot of electrolyte water, I take one of these. I don't even usually need to take two, just one. They definitely taste very strong but duh, I think they taste good and they go down okay. Since I don't take em a lot, 1 bottle of 60 has lasted me 4 months, so very cost effective for me. I'm sure I'll use more in the summer.

These seem to work well for what they are intended to do. My daughter says that she has a hard time with the flavor though. We will try the other flavor next time.

I love these. Although they are a little tart for my taste they do provide a lot of benefits. I would definitely purchase again.

Got these to try for when I have to do more than one errand- I have newly diagnosed POTS and I’m trying to find things to help me and these are a handful tool to keep in your bag. They do seem to help a bit with the dizziness and shakiness I get. Good taste too, tastes like really salty grape candy, sometimes I wish I could just eat them as a treat haha - they also smell really good if that matters to anyone reading this - I’ll try the other flavor next time I order too!

If you struggle with dehydration and cannot drink enough fluids to rehydrate without getting sick this is an excellent product. Don’t get me wrong, it’s SALTY but if you’re in need of electrolytes but cannot deal with the weight of water or oral rehydration solutions on your stomach this is a game changer.

I like these the flavor is great and the do help slightly to help with my symptoms. Can't really say I see a drastic improvement, but they've been nice to have on hand instead of drinking liquid mixtures.I prefer to let these melt in my mouth instead of chewing them though. The flavor can be powerful when you chew them, but letting them dissolve the flavor is really good.The fruit punch does label grapefruit in the ingredient list, so if you are taking certain medication where you cannot have grapefruit be aware.
