Sent this email to Lindstrom several months ago but got no response. I figured they'd stand by their products but I guess they don't. Here's the email I sent: I purchased my Lindstrom Cutters, (Side, Full Flush, 110Mm – 7191) in March, 2018. I love these cutters but I’m wondering if there’s a way to sharpen them or get them fixed. I’m attaching a photo of mine. Sometimes it takes a few tries before they actually make a full cut, even on very small gauge wires.

this little tool is by far the best quality wire cutter I've used to date. It is very sharp and small enough to make very close cuts.

Lindstrom used to be a company i counted on for good quality. you get what you pay for and i was willing to spend the money for something that would last me a year. in the 90's i could expect to get two years out of their flush end cutters. i use them everyday. these just arrived and are semo of the worst cutters i've ever had. there's no 'snap' after cutting wire, a sign you have sharp cutters. i can tell in about one month these will be used for things i don't normally use cutters on.basically, these were once made in Switzerland but the company moved their production to China about 3 years ago and lost more than half the original quality. i should have known better but am leaving this for anyone who's unsure about paying for these. you can spend less than half and get the same quality. just save yourself time and frustration and move onto a different company. i'm currently using Tronex and find them to be a decent quality!

These don't feel as balanced as other Lindstrom tools, but they cut into small areas with a very neat and clean cut. They are amazing!!!

I bought these at the end of October. I make copper jewelry. The tip snapped off while cutting 20 gauge copper wire. Unacceptable. Will never buy this brand again. I also bought their needle nose pliers which now refuse to stay open. Garbage.

soo great. ive wanted these for so long and now they are mine. I can cut with ease once more. will not buy any other cutters but these.
