I loved these letters. They are amazing, you don't have to inflate them with helium (which is a cost saver) and they can be inflated by using a manual balloon pump. I set these down on the floor and they're so dramatic. My daughter loved it. And they last a very long time! I used a clear fish wire to attach them together and since you don't 'need helium, they sat nicely on the lawn. Awesome product. Note: Just be very careful while inflating them, use the straw provided to make the initial insertion and then inflate.

My daughter turned 1 in September and the balloon is still inflated even after she tosses and stomps on it. It’ll take a lot for it to deflate so it’s worth the money for any party!

As embarrassing as it is to say, I am now an expert on balloons. We own a children's art school and it's the hottest party spot in the area. Needless to say, I have bought 1000s of balloons. First, know that not every 40in balloon is the same. Some really suck. Actually these balloons here really suck. They will often pop when filling them up, or pop when deflating them (good quality letters can be reused 3 or 4 times). This has to do with inflating sleeve in the balloon. In these balloons you are lucky if the sleeve is open. I bought about 10 letters and 8 of them had the sleeve sealed. If this happens you need to open it with a plastic straw or pencil and just hope it doesnt rip. You are much better off getting them at a local store and paying a premium because at least then they will fill it with helium for you!

I purchased six letters and none of them would remain inflated for more than two minutes unless I taped off the entrance to the hole they were blown up through

Couldn't get the middle of the E to feel up

This is the second "E" purchased for my daughter's birthday and the middle part of the E does not inflate. It's totally sealed off so the balloon ends up popping when filled.

These balloons are sealed between the lines with a very very small hole. If you blow up one side you can push the air to the other. But take your time blowing them up or you will pop them.

Not only did the middle of the e not inflate because it was completely sealed off, there were tiny pin holes letting the air out. Very disappointment and it ruined the birthday photos that were planned.
