I really love this because I can use it for my back neck, legs is great 👍👍👍

It’s super soft on one side the other is a different material that’s nice as well. Definitely helps a lot with pregnancy pains. Made my uterus feel normal again. Very happy with this. I’m more than happy I bought it. Instant relief. Works as a cold pack as well.

Heat pad worked as advertised. It took about 1.5 minutes in the microwave to get it toasty hot. There does seem to be some moist heat coming from inside. I used it over my shoulder for a rotator cuff issue. It is large enough to stay in place - good soothing effect. It stayed hot for 10-15 minutes - good thermal mass. Easy to reheat again once it is warm.

Has lasted well. Used on a daily basis for muscle aches and pain. A good sizes for great coverage. With the quilting you don't loose all the beads to one end it's evenly spread across the pack. Definitely buying again.
