First, I’d like to address the both expected and hilarious typo of HIGHT (where it should say HIGH). I thought it would bother me more, but it doesn’t. Makes me chuckle. It makes up for this in prettiness. Matches my aesthetic perfectly. 600 ml of water boiled in about 3 minutes on high. I purchased the 2L version with the steamer. Like another reviewer, the steamer is just alright. It did the job though; and the TJs soup dumplings steamed perfectly and quickly without sticking. I didn’t use a liner of any kind, just a quick spray of avocado oil before placing the dumplings in. Note: At the time of purchasing, I also purchased an 8” bamboo steamer which was a little too small to fit comfortably in the pot. If you are looking to purchase a steamer to pair with the hot pot, purchase a 9” (not sure if they even come that size) or 10”. You may be able to find one with the metal adaptor to make it fit more snugly. To be honest, I wish I had purchased the 3L version instead as 2L is smaller than expected but definitely enough for 2 people for dinner - and that’s all I need. I wouldn’t mind getting the larger one if I feel I need it in the future. I cannot wait to use this hot pot for a hot pot dinner with friends!

It does the work, heatting up fast, easy to handwash, but a bit pricey, though.

I ordered a used one which took over as month to arrive after many notices that it was on its way. I’ve bought several little electric pots in the past to cook in at work and when camping, but this one is far superior. Since I recently retired, I cook with this mostly outside on my deck. It does everything except bake. It’s handy to steam veggies on top while stewing something else in the pot. I’ve fried eggs and made omelettes in this. I do a lot of Asian noodle dishes too. I’m vegetarian, so no comment here about grilling meats. My only criticism of this device is that there are only two heat settings, high and low, but the low is more like a medium. High is very hot, maybe best only for stir fry. I wish there were also a true low/warming power. I cleans really easily. With this I only use a wooden spatula for cooking and a sponge for washing (zero immersion in water!) so I don’t scratch the very nice cooking surface (some kind of polished ceramic which I hope isn’t toxic). You’ll need little or no oil for frying. I like this so much that I just ordered another one to keep in a casita at a relative’s home where I often stay.

This was so amazing and convenient but after alot of use the electronic component burned out after 2 months.

The size is perfect for one single person. Works very well, easy to operate. Use it indoor and outdoor both. Value of money!

A VERY BAD PRODUCT April 7 today l saw a crack in this l am going to return it. VERY BAD. I did not keep the original but I am told it’s on me to buy a box and put it in to return it. l was going to return it but didn’t get a chance but today June 7 it stopped working

I LOVE this. I keep it under the cabinet at work. I can cook soups, make a full breakfast, grill sandwiches that come out perfect. I cook meats, and it puts a perfect sear on every time. The steaming basket is a great option! I use this so often - it's a great price for a few different cookers all in one. You can literally just wipe to clean, and no PTFE (it's ceramic instead) so it's SAFE for you and your pets. Buy one - you won't regret it!

I was really surprised by this purchase. I didn't believe that I would be able to brown meat in it like I would in a frying pan or that it would boil water, but it does! Easy to clean easy storage just a great product.

Versatile! It's not hard to tell why this little unit is a best seller. It's shape is like a small wok? or maybe a high-sided skillet? A low sided sauce pan? However you slice it it's simple, elegant and effective. The cooking surface seems a little light and I would like it to get just a little hotter for frying but it will do the job and, since I bought it hoping it would make a good electric noodle bowl, I'm very pleased with what it can do. PROS. CONS. Light weight. Does not nest Simple operation. Easy to clean Low power usage.

Great for one dish.
