Better than expected and easy to program

I purchased this because I have 2 garage door openers of different brands. I was able to program both fobs to control my liftmaster and Genie garage door openers. Make sure to read the instructions and it will be very easy. I read through instructions once, and was able to program both the fobs on first try. As easy as can be!. Just get it.
