We received on time. Good Quality.Bit disappointed.Not true as picture.No strap include and no hanging strap.

Very spacious lunch bag but white stitches are visible which can be easily seen as the bag is black in color.

Awful quality of the zipper. The photos show shoulder strap however no shoulder strap was provided with the bag. The bag doesn’t even have side clips to attach shoulder straps. Definitely not the bag displayed in the photos. Pathetic! Needed it for my son but totally doesn’t serve the purpose now without the strap. Shameful!

With long office hours, I needed a bag big enough to carry my breakfast, lunch and some snacks together. I found this one really useful in this regard, plus it does not let the food become too cold because of the insulation material they used inside. Worth the buy
