Good value entry key pad with excellent features at a reasonable price
This was easy to fit as a replacement for an AES gate opening panel (but will work with most entry systems) and offers very good functionality at a reasonable price. The touch keypad is clear, works well and should help with weatherproofing. the hood is also a good size to keep off the rain. Programming is straightforward and offers the usual options such as multi length codes and alternative entry numbers, there is also an option for RFID tags.

Fitted this keypad for visitors , we use the remote fobs most of the time, but you will need a keypad yourself if the remote battery goes flat! It’s wired into the main control box so no issues with having to charge it up. It’s been there for over two years in all weathers and no problems, we use the simple pin to open/close but it does have more sophisticated operation with cards etc.Highly recommended, a solid piece of kit. I don’t even mind the flashing red led !

They stop working when it's too hot and when they are exposed to direct sunlight
We purchased two of these keypads, and both presented the same issue. During the hottest part of the day—typically between 2 PM and 6 PM—when outdoor temperatures range from 27°C to 30°C and the units are exposed to direct sunlight, the keypads stop functioning as they should. They resume normal operation once the temperature drops or when the weather becomes cloudy or rainy. This consistent behavior on both keypads that we tested suggests a sensitivity to heat or direct sun exposure, which is disappointing for a device intended for outdoor use. It's a petty because otherwise they look good and work well.
