Love this tea for my kombucha! It has a wonderful flavor that pairs well with fruit after the second ferment!

Wonderful Kombucha Blend - Perfect for First Time Brewers!
I recently took a fermentation class and learned all about fermented things, including kombucha. The instructor brought several homebrewed samples for class and I was surprised to taste the difference between home-brewed kombucha and the commercially made stuff in the stores (didn't think I liked kombucha!). Instructor gave us a scoby to take home, and I found this blend to try. I like that it is organic, which is important to many a kombucha maker. It's a good value for the money, as I can make several batches from one bag. I also like that there are different blends to try, as the flavor profiles can be changed. Instructions on the back of the bag were very clear and helpful! And the ratio is spot on. Will def buy more as I become more versed in making kombucha!

Fantastic Tea!! I love this tea. I've been buying the green tea for a couple of years now. Thought it was time to try the black. Both teas make wonderful kombucha. I will continue to use Raw Brewing Co for my kombucha.

Love it! The taste is really good. This bag will last a while too. It smells fresh, and the price isn't bad for the amount you get.

Versatile black-tea blend
This is a great tea for making konbucha! It's an organic black tea blend that brews up rich, with just the right amount of strength. I'm thinking it would probably make a good hot tea as well, so even if you're not a kombucha drinker, this could just be your cup of tea too!
