These did not stop my snoring. However they are otherwise soft and easy to insert and not too uncomfortable. Edit: the company asked me to edit this to make it clearer: the product itself is well made and convenient. If you snore, you should try these or something like it first, since it make sense to try the least expensive and invasive fix before moving one to more costly methods. My snoring seems to come from deeper in my nose, so nostril widening appliances won’t do much for me. I probably need to lose 20 lbs.

It helped with sleeping. It just takes getting used to

My husband is a living, breathing chainsaw and his snoring has led to us sleeping in separate rooms. We decided to give these a try to save our sleep. It took a while for him to find just the right fit that was both effective and comfortable but thankfully the pack comes with different sizes. Once we worked out the kinks, we’re both sleeping peacefully and he’s reporting sleeping much more deeply. Thank goodness for these nose vents! We didn’t find the magnetic ones helpful personally, and my husband preferred the solid cone over the springy cone.

Really like the product. Very comfortable and definitely opens up my nose. I have been a snorer for a very long time and pairing the inserts with flonase at night has decreased my snoring a ton! Only issue is that even the proper fitting inserts will come off at night, from rubbing my face on the pillow or something while sleeping.

I could tell the product opened up nasal airways at night, however according to the my partner, my snoring patterns have not significantly changed.

I'm not sure why but tried this product and it works. My snoring was not horrible but was disruptive to my husband. Once I tried this I did not wake him up. The only issue was that periodically it would fall out due to there not be any adhesion. It was easy and comfortable.

It doesn't stay in the nose when I turned myself i saw it on my bed,the magnetic kind stays in the nose but gives discomfort and hurts,waste of money

Product worked surprisingly well. I use the silicone inserts and it has definitely reduced my snoring according to my wife. Happy wife, happy life!

Good luck thinking about sleeping with the nose dialators. Pop them in and listen to your nose whistle. I have no idea if the bull ring do hicky works but I had a bit of a nose bleed In the morning . Can't say if it helped with snoring. Good luck to everyone else who buys them.

Doesn’t work, husband still snores like a gorilla

Je suis étonné ça fonctionne vraiment bien. J’ai le nez bouché en permanence et en portant ces petites choses j’arrive à respirer la bouche fermée. Ce qui est bien c’est qu’il y a différentes tailles dans la boîte donc j’ai pu en trouver pour mon petit nez.

There are a lot to chose from so that is a plus however, they work sometimes.I didn’t find the magnetic one to be of any use but the others opened the nasal passages and air got in.Still a snorer!

Didn't work for me. Not sure what the point of the magnetic nose ring thing because it didn't open my airway at all. Bummer I cannot return it.
