Can the candy become rancid?

Depends on were you keep it! I have kept a can for almost 1 year in a cool dark place as I only take out a piece every so often-- it is just so good I could eat too much -In the year time the candy has maintained it freshness and remained very good. However, I think if you change the temp. several times and not close the container, it of course, would affect the product!

Is it two different kind of roca or two of the same kind

2 cans if the same kind. I think Hamas on has a different purchase option with 2 kinds: 1 dark chocolate and 1 almond roca
