Yes, the top and bottom border fit perfectly with the S8+. Yes, it is case friendly (i have an Otterbox Defender and it fits just right). But take a look at the third advertised picture with the comparison between "Other Products" and "Oguard". Sure, there are no glue marks horizontally along the top and bottom border, but notice those lines going vertically on both sides. That is 100% visible, on both sides, when you apply the screen protector on the phone (see attached photos). When you first look at the screen protector, before you apply it, you can see the strip going all around but since I was still using the super thin screen protector that came with the phone I figured i'd still apply it and hope for the best.Also, it does not feel the way a tempered glass protector should. Normally, it should feel almost like the original screen itself, but this one feels like hard plastic (also sounds like hard plastic too when you gently tap it with your finger nails). It is very responsive to touch though, no problems there.It's still an upgrade from what i had before in terms of protection so i will leave it on for now, but i just wanted to let you all know what it looks like once applied. It does takes away from the Infinity Display aspect of the phone. And no, this is not my first time applying a "tempered glass" screen protector by any means. It was applied correctly, i assure you.All in all, it's not like the phone's gorilla glass even needs a tempered glass screen protector in the first place, but if you're like me and prefer to keep your phone looking like new for as long as possible, then just keep this information in mind when making you decision.

Such a pain to put on.. have to line everything up perfectly or else you can see the top and bottom "bars". There's a thin strip of adhesive on the top, bottom, and either side, which is fine, but you can see the lines on the sides when it's on your phone (almost like a thin frame, see attached photo). It's constant and obvious, but I guess you get used to it. Now for the big problem.. I sleep in max air conditioning all night long and my phone sits in front of a fan in the same room.. in the morning I go to the bathroom and the rest of the house is humid and roasting.. then I get in my car to go to work, and upon arrival I see that the protector screen is cracked! This happened 2 days in a row! Keeping it in the cold, then going into humidity and giving it a slight bump WILL CRACK IT (all the way through to both sides). Just getting in and out of the car was enough of a disturbance to nearly split it in half. I had to rush order a new case that had a built in screen protector.

Not as sturdy as I was expecting. Once it got a small crack in the corner, it started to crack all over. The ad claims that it was strong and could withstand a hammer.....not the case. Did fit the phone well with it being in a case though.

Problem is with this curved edge screen it just does not stay put! It eventually pops off or the touch sensitivity goes to pot because the middle part is coming up from the screen. So, built nice, doesn't stay put. Wouldn't purchase another again. Done with hard screen protectors on this curved edge screen. I've tried a few and they do not stay put.

Seems like a good protector so far. It fits my phone great and even better with my case. I'm usually really bad at putting these on but I was able to apply thus one easily and no bubbles at all! I haven't dropped my phone since I put it on so it's hard to say how effective it is but I'm confident in it's ability. My last screen protector I got at Verizon and I dropped my phone and it did protect my screen but it popped off and cracked so I decided to get these and I'm satisfied with the purchase.

Very reflective, difficult to see outdoors in sun. 1st one somehow after a week got water underneath & had to use 2nd one. Fits well & easy to install.

Very clear in appearance great touch sensitivity. adhesive sticks pretty good on the sides. But eventually dirt gathers on the edges.It is best to apply the screen protector with your case on.
