Milk Chocolate Squares with Caramel Filling, 9.04 OZ Bag

Excellent chocolate

Since the description does NOT currently tell you how many are in the bag, here is the scoop. I bought the 9.04oz (256.7g) bag of Milk Chocolate Caramel Squares. It had exactly 17 individually wrapped squares. The Nutritional Facts state that the serving size is two squares and there are "About 9 servings per container." (Hmm. If only there were 18 squares, then there would be exactly 9 servings per container, but, nope. There are only 17 squares.) The chocolate is wonderful, especially paired with the caramel. Two minor downsides: 1) The top of the bag was folded down twice and glued with some very stubborn substance. The bottom of the bag fell out very cleanly before I could get the top open. 2) Three of the squares were broken inside the foil. When this happens, it is a gooey caramel mess that either must be licked off the foil or wasted. I even refrigerated the squares before opening them, but that didn't help. It is disappointing to open a square and find a mess.

A great treat and can never seem to have enough!

These are heaven and they are only 70 calories in each yummy square. The only reason these are not "giftable" is because they are packed in a soft side recycle type bag. They get crushed and therefore, they are broken and as soon as you open the wrapper the caramel oozes out. To solve it for myself, I put them in the refrigerator and then the caramel stays in the wrapper until you eat it. They need to be pack in a box.

I was nervous after seeing quite a few reviews mentioning that they received broken chocolates but thankfully that hasn’t been my experience. They came in great condition and arrived very fast. The chocolates tastes lovely as well and they would make for a perfect gift or personal snack hahah! They come individually wrapped so there is no mess of melted chocolates. I kept mine in the pantry but if you are worried about the chocolate being too messy just pop them in the fridge for 10 minutes.
