We bought this as a gift for a friend and I was so very pleased. The colors and artwork are great and it was packaged well. The little pillow it sits on adds such a cute finish. The size was also perfect since our friend wanted a smaller gift and she can sit it on her shelf.

Very cute and pretty addition to my maneki neko collection.
I collect maneki nekos, and this one was different from any I have. Looks exactly as pictured. The crane motif looks like decalcomania, the rest appears to be hand-painted. Functional little jingle bell on neko's collar. Nice silk fabric cushion with little corner tassels included. This is a coin bank and has the rubber stopper on the bottom. A super cute and different addition to anyone's neko collection. Recommended.

Adorable little cat, although the gold coin had become detached from its hand at some point during shipping. A little super glue and it is now re-attached.

I gave this to my coworker who left the company. She loves cats and this Japanese lucky cat made her happy. It was a good size. As a native Japanese, I chose this one from the other ones I saw and I think my choice was right.

The 4" White Ceramic Maneki Neko Lucky Cat is charmingly beautiful and made from high quality porcelain with a coin bank and decorated with cranes flying across an orange setting sun. You will fall in love with this lucky cat - his smile will greet you when you enter the room :) I did a bit of research into lucky cats before making this purchase. Apparently, if a lucky cat is waving their right paw this means that they will bring money to you or your business. If a lucky cat is waving their left paw then this means that they are welcoming in customers so this is why we see this one typically in restaurants. I'm pleasantly confident that my lucky cat is waving at and directing money into my life :)
