We're very much enjoying our shower unit! We've had it installed in our outdoor shower and it's become the favourite shower of 3 in our house. Great pressure and we love the 2nd wand feature... which also helps when it comes time to give the dogs a rinse after a romp on the beach! It functions & looks great and so far it far exceeds what you might expect for the affordable price point.

After a year of outdoor use (and without proper winterizing on my part) a small gasket tear caused a leak. I called customer service and they were quick to send a replacement of the entire item and it works great.

It’s a great looking outdoor shower but the plumber said I would eventually have issues with it and a year later it’s dripping from the head and knob. The plumber said I need to contact the seller and ask if I could get a cartridge sent that’s inside the piece. So hopefully the seller sends me the piece so he can fix the issue. Otherwise it’s a nice shower and lasted one year in the NYC weather. Once I get the piece the plumber said it will be fine. But it might be something we have to get once a year.

The outdoor shower is incredible! So is the customer service! I failed to drain the shower correctly prior to a hard freeze. The valve to change water from the wand to the shower head broke. I emailed customer service a pic of the broken part and they replaced the part for free! Amazing!

I thought this was a great looking outdoor shower, but it did not take long for it to start peeling! I don’t believe this was meant for outdoor and now it just looks ugly. I would not recommend this one. Too bad I really liked the style.

The reason I am giving 3 stars: This is the second time I have purchased from this company (almost the same model) I bought a second one because the stem valves were damaged from the first one and there are no spare parts in the market. I tried to contact the seller but had no luck. The shower is cheap compared to others in the market, so you get what you pay for. The reason I bought a second one is because installing another one might need for me to break the wall or pay a really high price on a home depot or so shower. This second one looks cool, hopefully the valves will last. One thing that is really pissing me off is that the hand shower doesn't have the right bracket to fit, so you just place it there and hope that it will stay there while you are showering. Any funny movement and it will go straight to hit the floor (video).

We love our outdoor shower unit. It’s great quality! We receive compliments on it all the time. The wand is great for rinsing off your feet after a day at the beach, it’s great for showering little children. I would recommend this to anyone putting in an outdoor shower.

Using as an outdoor shower. Works great ! Some rubber nipples fell out, contacted company, they replaced no problem!! Would recommend !
