First, It’s with full disclosure I admit I’ve never tried the Lemongrass version. I’ve utilized the real thing however, that being Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus), which is a species of tropical grass, in cooking applications. I supposed I expected something akin to the pleasant Thai type smell which the real thing give off. That all that said I do not like the smell of this product. IMO it’s smell is something of late night bar when cigarette smoking was still taking place indoors. It was unpleasant enough to that actually got up out of my rather comfy recliner to extinguish the two sticks I had just ignited. Something of a heroic feat for me after a stressful day. I’ve ordered all the versions from this purveyor on Amazon. Here’s hoping the others are better. I’ll let you know what I think in any case.
