This shower head is awesome! It is adjustable right on the face by sliding the tab back and forth for different modes. My favorite part is it comes with a short neck and a long neck. We used the long which really makes it like a rain fall shower head. All these parts are incredibly well made with very heavy brass fittings. Here's the catch which probably just means I should have read better but I don't want anyone else to be surprised like me. This is best for complete remodel or new build because in order to make it work you have to replace the entire seat in the wall. I honestly thought I was going to be able to pull off the old and put on the new, which worked with the shower head but not the rest. So if you don't want to tear your wall open this won't work for you. For me, it's beautiful and I love the matte sheen and black color so my husband now has to tear out a wall lol. The good news is we will do it from behind and not disturb the tile. For us we will also mount the handheld part next to the control because we don't want to tear open all the walls and tile to run it next to the shower head that is on the opposite wall. Personally I think that's fine. Overall wonderful set, very heavy duty, fabulous brass fittings. Would recommend if you are doing a full remodel.

This has been used daily for a couple months. I shopped around. This seemed to be a great value for the money. I was right. It sprays just as I expected and had hoped. It doesn't show water marks after use. Maybe a little. It wipes clean easily. We mounted it in a tile surface. Our handyman installed it easily. He said installation was easy. Instructions were accurate. The diverter works great.

I absolutely love the look of this shower head. I am remodeling my bathroom and I haven't got to use the showerhead yet. I looked all over the internet before I decided on this one. The matt black finish looks great with white subway tile. The plumber said it was very simple to install. I love it!

This is a beautiful shower system!Our plumber did not install the cartridge correctly. I reached out to customer service and had a response within 24 hours. The factory actually recorded a little video on how to make the adjustment. It was simple.

I love this shower fixture. So much so, I have bought one for each of my 2 showers. Great price for the flexibility of installation. Valve will allow either the shower head or the handheld to spray and also for both to spray at same time. Long hose on handheld. Shower head can either be installed as a short neck or a tall rain-type shower. My 6ft4in husband can stand underneath it and not have to duck his head. I am 5ft 6in and it works for me too. Recommend highly.

This Embather product has very good heavy material including valve. Packaging Box was spectacular. Where there is a problem is with the Handle for selecting the Hot or Cold. The Handle selector caused me to believe I had plumbing pipes revered. I reopened the wall find the plumbing pipes were correct. Then I thought the Valve mechanism was revered but it was correct also. The culprit is the 5 inch long Handle one believes it's pointing in one direction but it's activating the opposite valve. This issue caused me a lot of extra work that was unnecessary. Embather needs to reevaluate this Handle direction issue!!

Easy to install. Would recommend, especially for the price - love the matte finish, looks very modern and stylish.

Used this shower hardware in a custom shower and it installed very smoothly! Definitely a good quality brand. Feels very solid and not at all cheap all while being a very affordable cost compared to what you can get in stores. Definitely would buy again!
