this works great cleans the glasses easy i believe it saves water as well i installed it my self after a couple trips to the hardware store for some T's and adapters my fault but you could as easily buy this hand have a plumber install it i replaced my sing hose sprayer with this didn't use the hose anyway but u could add a hole in your sink too

We wanted to love this product. When my husband and I were remodeling our kitchen this was something he really wanted, very disappointing to work so hard to get this installed for it to have it turn out to be such an unreliable product. It looks great and worked great, but within 3-4 months of installing it, it would freeze up during use. After a couple more months it freezes during every use, therefore spraying water all over the kitchen or becoming too much of a hassles to be worth using.

I installed this today and it seems to do a great job at cleaning the glasses that I put in but the one issue I have with it is that if you don't put your glass on perfectly you might end up with a bit of water spraying out from the feature they have that's supposed to clean the rim. I think my water pressure is a bit high and that might be the main issue that I'm having, when cleaning cups the basin below it barely keeps up with how much is coming out and if I put soap in the cup then it's even worse, I'll probably get a shutoff valve and close it partially to see if that helps with my issues. The unit itself requires a decent amount of pressure to come down on it to activate so it doesn't seem like something that'll happen accidentally but I'll probably play it safe and keep a plastic cup on top just in case.
