Bought this to keep in my shell bag, to snug up a choke in the field. Working acceptably well.

Disappointed as this version isn’t as nice as my older version. Original version had distinct steps on both sides of the blade. Each gauge having two true notches. This version of this tool uses a gentle curve on one side and the true gauge appropriate notches on the opposite side. In use this new version tends to be less positive, meaning it can slip in the tubes notches. I envision eventual damage to the choke tubes if you’re not very careful. At’s true it has both a straight and 90 degree setting. Neither actually “ locks” , but rather holds strongly by the same spring that also holds the tool fully closed. I wouldn’t want it as my primary choke tool but it’s a great backup for range bags , vests etc. Best I’ve found at this price point. It’s a very well built and sturdy tool at a very low cost. Quite a bargain. I keep one in each of my shotguns choke tube carrier , as a backup.

I use standard and common 12ga Carlson's choke tubes. The 12ga is too fat, and the 16ga is too small. I filed down the 12ga slot the tiniest bit to get it to fit. Looks to be well made, just for my choke tubes it didn't quite fit. After the slight modification it works as expected.

Unlike some of the reviews I found this to be very sturdy and locked into position well with a solid click the color leans towards a neon red or pink color but who cares it's not a show piece it a tool to be used. I have added it to my range bag and will use it often.

My boyfriends had no idea they even made these! He misplaced his chuck key wrench for his chokes a lot and was pleasantly surprised when I gave his this for Christmas. Great gift for a hunter.

Removed the factory choke tubes from my 12ga CZ Drake O/U, no problem and, I haven’t cleaned the lil feller in a minute. Installed extended/ported choke tubes and used the FINI to tighten them down. Worked great at the 90° and opened straight. “Wear and tear”?? Time will tell. Only used it once, so far. Let’s see how it does during “Redneck Golf”. IYKYK.

Bei meiner A-Tac Bockdoppelflinte passt der Schlüssel 1A, bei meiner Fabarm STF dagegen so gut wie gar nicht. Geht schon, aber da habe ich etwas Bange, den Choke bzw. dessen Einkerbungen zu verbiegen. Für mich ist dieses Tool „overhyped“. Nochmal kaufen? Weiß ich nicht. Vielleicht sogar schon, da es bei anderen etlichen Flintenchokes das Ding angeblich passt. Bei mir aber eben nicht. 3 Sterne.
