Nice quality wrestling shoes for my 7-year-old daughter. Rule of thumb for wrestling shoes, always size up one whole size. She wears a size 12.5 in regular shoes and 1.5 in these. I'd say yes, true to size!

Got these for my son and I love the them especially how the tong is connected to the one side at first I didn’t like it but it was nice after I put them on him. Would buy again for sure.
