Transformers: Last Bot Standing

Eons have passed since the Great war. Rodimus one of last Cybertronians in the universe has to save the day one final time in this bittersweet story. I liked the art and western feel of it and the story. Even if you don't like Hot Rod/imus this is still a good story. And you get to see him punt Wheelie's head into space. If your looking for a entertaining standalone tell this may have you covered.

Received it in close to perfect condition.I loved it from front to back. It's gritty with a side of dark, perfect for those who grew up with the G1 generation, makes you feel the strain time impose on everything. Long story short, everybody can appreciate this story... go read it now!!

Excellent story & art

I think the art styles great, but story was really depressing the more you read on. 10/10 would recommend!

Overall, Last Bot Standing is an excellent, perspective-shifting Transformers story and one of the last to be told by IDW (they’ve lost publishing rights). Unfortunately this’ brought down by the lack of famous faces and the odd use of imagery from a well known anime franchise towards the end. 4/5Transformers has always enjoyed playing with the Furmanism of “it never ends” but when it comes to Last Bot Standing (and to quote another) “it is over - - finished”!Last Bot Standing charts the final moments of the robots in disguise in an intriguing way that - trying to avoid spoilers - puts a different, intriguing spin on what being the Transformers saviour has traditionally meant.If you’re expecting IDW to roll out a who’s who of Cybertron favourite then you’re going to be disappointed. The main character is a big name but the supporting cast is from farer corners of Transformers lore.
