Actually, the product we received was a little different than the photo we ordered from. It may be more recent. We don’t care, because it works with our AC. Our window air conditioner is small to fit in a door transom in our old house. Small ACs are harder to find. When the remote stopped working, we were glad to find this one on Amazon. Really glad that it works just fine.

Fantastic. My husband lost the remote to our Samsung window a/c. Popped batteries into this one and VOILÁ! Works like a charm with no code searching!! And the remote cradle is a super idea. Hubby attached it to the side of the a/c so when we’re not sitting for awhile and thus needing the remote we can just park it there where it won’t get lost.

Our remote stopped working after 10+ years of regular use. I didn't realize how much I relied on it until it broke! This is a nearly exact replacement, and it works exactly as it should. Very satisfied.

This is a replacement for an older remote. All works well. The battery terminals are a little loose which caused some initial issues, but after repositioning the batteries more firmly all went well

worked right on cue, took quite awhile for it to get here, 2 weeks, sent it by pony cart from korea, only had it for a couple of weeks but hoping it will last as long as old one, 15 yrs.

Works great,the panel on front of AC is worn out,won’t respond to push controls,but this remote is the perfect replacement so you don’t have to toss out AC Unit.

Item arrived much faster than expected and works great. I have two different models of Samsung AC units in my apartment, a large one in my living room and a smaller one in my bedroom. The remotes were long gone when I moved in. I bought this replacement and it controls both perfectly.
