Easy to used
I love these, its cheaper than other brand, my wife used it all the time when she slice meat.It's also a bounce to have the fork. The length is perfect to slice turkey and chicken and even does well on beef. There is nothing wrong and is sharp. Well worth the investment.

Solid knife for the price
So this is not something I use around the house every day. It's perfect though for slicing up turkey, ham and other large meats. It's 12" long - it's NOT particularly maneuverable so I didn't give it a rating there. I guess it's as good as any OTHER 12" long knife - it's not meant to be a filet knife. Solid enough to give you a good flat cut without twisting. Was able to get perfect slices for the holiday.If you are planning on using this a few times through the year - perfect - and the price was great too. If I was doing roasts every weekend, I might have sprung for something a little more "namebrandy" but for my simple needs - great value and great performance.

Very very good for the price
My other knife is forty-ish years old and I ruined it by using one of those drag-through-the-V-notch “sharpeners” (they give new meaning to “butcher knife sharpener”) so it was finally time for another slicer. Some slicers are over a hundred bucks, which is foolish and inane, but not this one. Because of what the kids in this house do to good things, I wanted a throwaway. Also, it’s possible that I’m cheap.“Razor Sharp Blade.” Don’t believe that. It’s sharp, but it’s also only a thirteen dollar knife with a tiny grip, but when cutting raw meats it’s like cutting warm butter. You won’t struggle with it. Buy a decent abrasive sharpener and be happy. It should last nearly forever.

Very good knife for thin slicing
Not sure how long it will hold up. Not the greatest quality. but super sharp. and does the trick. Its not a bad knife. Im just not confident in the soldering. its not quality but it works, comes with a nice blade, and as long as the handle stays attached, can sharpen the life out of it over and over, because it has very soft metal.

Out of the box the blade was extremely dull.
I tried to cut a chicken breast and it would not cut through it, I checked the sharpness with my finger and it was dull. I thought I was using the wrong side, but no, it was not sharp at all. Had to run it through my sharpener a bunch of times. Maybe I got a lemon, I don't know. The only slicing knife I could find that was 10" to fit my butcher block.

Especial para filetear
El cuchillo tiene el largo perfecto para filetear, lo uso para cortar piezas grandes de cerdo, y después de afilarlo con piedras japonesas parece un bisturí, al ser fino y angosto la carne se puede cortar muy fácil, el único pero que le pongo es que el mango es un poco pequeño, fileteo 60 kilos de cerdo a la semana y es perfecto para mí, ya compré 2 cuchillos, lo recomiendo
