This little light provides a great addition to my bandsaw. The magnetic base sticks quite well and allows me to position the light as needed. I wish the flexible arm was a bit longer. Compared with the old goose-neck incandescent light I was using, a big improvement.

6 months after warranty, using it at a stationary location the magnet has become loosened from the base. The light shifts or pivots from the internal magnet.

I ordered this for husband to use over his lathe. He is very pleased. It’s super bright and the flexibility makes it perfect.

It works well, but the length is the 'overall' length, not just the flex tube.
