Couldn't even install properly did not have time for correspondence since i am an essential worker. And they will not accept a return because their and Amazon offices took too long to respond.

They advertised on amazon at the time that this unit would cool 400-450 SF then you get the unit in the mail and the box says 250SF then you email and ask and they Pretty much say yea sorry about that..

I absolutley love this product, I live in an rv and I needed something for the bedroom, as i spend a lot of time in there. Rather than trying to use central air to keep the rv cool witch does a good job for the living room, not so much the bedroom. So using this when i need it and having the central air not running constantly is great and an electric bill saver! As for the product itself it’s a dandy! Not loud like some pac’s the venting install was a bit tricky for me but with a little mcguyvering and if you put your mind to it you can do it. It blasts freezing cold air! Thats not an understatement! Best investment ever! I highly reccomend!

We bought ours at a local hardware store a couple of years ago. It works great and does a good job for a 900 sq ft bedroom. The only disadvantage are the vent joint and the round mouth adapter that attach to the exhaust hose. They break easily and we have to order a new one every other year from the company. I recently gave up and found a way to make a more permanent one. The clips break off super easy. The company does not make it easy to order replacement parts without going through a perfect air customer service rep.

Missing pieces and the window slider adapter that came with my unit doesn’t fit into the window slider.

I know some have had the P1 error and I did the first day as well. The manual doesn’t tell you this, but no matter what Mode you’re on, unplug the top drain plug. Connect the drain hose and use a drink pitcher to put the hose in. When the cooler is running the pitcher will fill up with water over about 8 hours. This was the only trick I found to stop getting water in the bottom tray and it stopped the P1 error completely. I’ve been doing this for the last week and my cooler has been running practically the entire time. On Dry Mode, it may fill up sooner, but still blows cold air! I give it a 4 because the manual should add this helpful hint.
