Indoor Hygrometer Thermometer Humidity Monitor Weather Station with Temperature Gauge and Humidity Meter

Purchased this unit to monitor dampness in my basement. Package arrived quickly and it was very simple to set up. Love the large display and simple design. This is a must item for anyone with a basement subject to moisture. We use it to be sure that our dehumidifier is operating properly. The price point is very reasonable. Retractable stand allows you to stand it up on a flat surface or mount it to a wall. Highly recommended.

Slow updating on the temperature, but otherwise an OK unit.

OK, so I have three other thermometers (Acurite, Thermopro, another thermopro) and I did a RH test, so I know the Acurite measure dead on on RH, and is also dead on on temperature. This one is very close to the Acurite in both humidity reading, and temperature reading, so it is pretty accurate. Just a pet peave but who really needs decimal points after a temperature reading? Do I really care whether it is 72.6 or 73? The chip is only accurate to two who points, so why decimals? If you want decimals, why not put them after the RH reading also?? Biggest plus to this after being accurate, is the numbers are very large and easy to read. A plus is that it has a small clock display, which most don't have.

Seems to work fine. It has a film over the face that needs to be peeled off so it can work properly. I like the simplicity of it and the numbers are large and easy to read at a quick glance.

Beautiful table top thermometers with hygrometer (humidity measurement). Unfortunately, wildly inaccurate. I ordered 4. Tested batteries. Installed batteries. Set up functions per instructions. All four read different temperatures and humidities. One tells me, every ten seconds, it is either minus 31 degrees or plus 118 degrees. Its now settled around 90 degrees F. The others are between 73 and 75 degrees F The others differ by about 2 degrees (F) and 2%. That appears to be within the manufacturers tolerances. But strange. Don't bother with this lovely little product. I bought a different combo device from Amazon last year. It also records a different temperature and humidity. Maybe its my time of life.

Bought two units so I could compare temperature and %RH readings between them and see how much they varied. In the past when I purchased other indoor hygrometer/thermometer products at about the same price point as this Sparoma product, I found quite a bit of variation from unit to unit, especially on the RH readings (sometimes up to 5-10%). The two Sparoma products I "tested" displayed the exact same temperature reading and the %RH varied by 1%. I double checked this against a Netatmo unit and the temperature and humidity readings were all quite close. So, from my sample size of two, I'm concluding that the Sparoma product is as accurate as you can expect for something in this price category. I also like the large digital display and the ease in setting up the unit.

Large display, good visibility. I wish the clock in the display was also large enough to be used as a table clock. But it functions as described in the product description. I believe it is accurate enough for my usage. I have observed that my dehumidifier shuts on and off correctly in sync with the relative humidity shown by the this unit. For thermometer, the displayed temperature was very close to the one shown by the thermostat. Happy with the product.

I only bought this for the temperature monitor which seems to be reasonably accurate but the clock runs very slow. You might say who needs a clock anymore now that everyone has a smartphone but it's just annoying. The clock runs about 1 minute slow per day so after a month or so it's half hour off.
