It worked well, gave just a hint of auburn but make sure to use gloves so you don't stain your hands and rinse the sink or tub well immediately. Also, you may need to use conditioner as it made my hair a little dry.

Great product
I have been using this for several years. In the beginning I used it full strength and friends began asking if I was dying my hair. That was NOT my intention! My stylist recommended cutting it with an inexpensive but good quality conditioner and see what happened. Worked perfectly! I achieved my goal which was to have healthy, shiny hair while minimizing the incoming gray. I now use it at about 1/3 strength and cut it down with other conditioner. The small bottle will last quite a while. Unfortunately I can't buy it locally anymore. Fortunately I CAN buy it online!

Works on natural or colored hair
Easy to apply (make sure to work it in well) and deposits color nicely even on natural color hair. It does turn your hands red, but it washes right off with a little soap.

Real Reviving Red
I have always been skeptical of pigment enhancing / reviving shampoos or conditioners....BUT THIS ONE REALLY WORKS!I don't know about the blonde or brunette shades, but for RED it is AMAZING! Especially for how long it keeps my hair vibrant without having to re-dye my hair a week or even a month later. And for anyone who color treats their hair red...you know how hard it is to keep the color vibrant and consistent. Give it a go.
